2017 Orchestra "Play the World" Grants Applications Now Available

The 2017 Carnets "Play The World" Grant applications are now available for download. General Managers, Operations Managers and Executive Directors of League of American Orchestra member orchestras are eligible to apply. This year is the eighth year that boomerang carnets® is offering grants (formerly called scholarships) to orchestras that tour internationally or plan to tour internationally. So far, about $10,000 plus in registration fees and travel expenses have been paid for by the Carnets "Play The World" grants. A $250.00 additional cash benefit is part of the award for orchestras that tour within 12 months of receiving the grant. See 2015 recipients and 2016 recipients.
