Special, bi-lateral TECRO/AIT Carnets are used between Taiwan and the U.S. since Taiwan is not a party to the worldwide ATA Carnet system. Taiwan accepts TECRO/AIT Carnets for Commercial Samples and Professional Equipment. If you are travelling to Taiwan and other countries you will need a TECRO/AIT carnet in addition to an ATA Carnet. Both carnets are available from ATACarnet.com and boomerang carnets®.
